We’re delighted to welcome Stephanie Connell to NorthOne.
With a family background in the film industry and early training as a ballerina, Stephanie’s path shifted after injury steered her towards new stages. Theatre remains close to her heart, though she is now turning her focus towards opportunities in television, film and commercials.
Beyond acting, she brings formidable behind the scenes expertise. A skilled web designer with strong computer literacy and bookkeeping experience, Stephanie has been Treasurer of her Actors & Writers Group for nearly 20 years. She also co-runs Oxford based theatre company Living the Drama, producing a professional play every other year. Her work spans casting, co producing and social media management.
Their recent production, Can’t See For Looking, played at the Old Fire Station in Oxford and the Cockpit in London, with Stephanie juggling casting, co production, stage management and social media. A true multi hander.
She also toured the UK in the National Theatre and Theatre Clwyd production of Home, I’m Darling, produced by Bill Kenwright, understudying Sylvia and performing at the Theatre Royal Brighton during the run.
Most recently, she appeared in Raging Grace, the new feature film from Paris Zarcilla, alongside David Hayman, Leanne Best and Max Eigenmann, now released.
Stephanie brings experience, initiative and a deep understanding of the craft from both sides of the curtain. A steady pair of hands, and a spark when it counts.
