North One Management recognises the importance of protecting the rights and interests of the actors and performers we represent.  As artificial intelligence (AI) technologies continue to develop within the entertainment industry, we believe that any AI-related use of a client’s likeness, image, voice or performance should be transparent, discussed in advance, properly negotiated and subject to the client’s informed written consent.

Use of Client Materials

The headshots, showreels, voice reels, photographs and other materials displayed on this website are provided solely for the purpose of professional casting, production and representation.

They are not provided for the purpose of:

• training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems
• creating digital replicas or synthetic performers
• voice cloning or speech synthesis
• facial recognition training or biometric modelling
• generating AI-created performances based on our clients

Any such use requires the prior written consent of the performer (or their authorised representative) and, where appropriate, the relevant copyright holder.

Professional Enquiries

We recognise that AI is becoming an increasingly important part of the creative industries.

Where producers, studios or developers wish to discuss AI, digital replicas or related technologies involving one of our clients, we ask that this is discussed with North One Management at the earliest opportunity so that appropriate permissions, contractual terms and remuneration can be agreed.

This policy reflects current industry best practice and may be updated as legislation, industry guidance and collective agreements continue to evolve.
